I will read your work, checking for basic flow and consistency. This includes continuity of characters, ensuring that statements are maintained, etc. I can give you feedback in whichever form you would like, such as chapter by chapter, by character, etc.
Up to 1,500 words - turnaround time of 1 day/24 hours

Examples of work that could be included here are: short stories, articles, business proposals, novel chapter, CV or resumé, etc.
1,500-3,500 words - turnaround time of 2 days/48 hours

Examples of work that could be included here are: essays, business plans, brochures, questionnaires, etc.
3,500-10,000 words - turnaround time of 4 days/96 hours

Example of work that could be included here are: excerpts or chapters from novels, work projects, etc.
10,000-30,000 words - turnaround time of 7 days/168 hours

Proofreading
This is a thorough check of the document, looking for spelling mistakes, syntax, grammatical and typographic errors (typos), and ensuring that punctuation is used correctly. Structure and layout of the text will be checked.
Price per 1,500 words - 36 hours turnaround time needed per 1,500 words
€13.50/£12.50
This fee is for every 1,500 words, i.e. for 4,500 words the amount payable would be €40.50/£37.50
Editing add-on
I also offer editing suggestions in addition to the proofreading. Editing looks at issues such as awkward phrasing, wordy sentences, sentence and paragraph structuring, etc. Feedback will be in the form of prompts and suggestions (the text will not be rewritten), and I will indicate where in the document the issue can be found. This would cost €2.50/£2.30 per 1,500 words (if desired, a selection of 1,500 words from a longer text could be chosen). Please refer to the FAQs for more information.

Transcription
I will make a written document from your chosen audio file. This could be anything from a recording of a lecture or interview, to a segment of a TV show. Audio must be clear. Transcripts can either be completely verbatim, which includes "ums", "ahs", etc., or intelligent verbatim which omits these. Links to the audio, such as through YouTube, are welcome. If the audio is a personal file I have both a Google Drive and a Dropbox account. See FAQs for more information about these and transcribing.
